If another application is using the capture device, close it. I went through the intel help files to find out what this means and how to fix the problem, but I still haven't been able to get it to stop giving this message. Can someone tell me what to do or where to go to solve the problem? I heard this was a great USB cam, and I'm sure it will be but I can't get it to work right at all.
